WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
Romaine
Chickpeas
Steak
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Cucumber
Kalamata olives
Lemon
Parsley
Dill
Garlic
Greek yogurt
Feta cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Black pepper
Salt
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: CHICKPEAS
Rinse the chickpeas and drizzle with olive oil.
Add all seasonings and mix well to cover completely.
Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 7 minutes and set aside.
STEP 2: YOGURT DRESSING
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Set aside.
STEP 3: CHERRY TOMATOES & ONION
Slice the onion into large chunks.
Put the cherry tomatoes and onion onto the skewers and grill over medium heat.
STEP 4: STEAK
Season the steak on all sides and cook directly over the coals until it reaches your desired doneness.
Remove the steak, let it rest for 10 minutes, and then slice.
STEP 5: SERVE
Serve in a bowl with chopped romaine, roasted chickpeas, steak, grilled cherry tomatoes and onion, chopped cucumber, and top with Kalamata olives, Yogurt Dressing, feta cheese, parsley, and lemon wedges.

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika

YOGURT DRESSING
1 C Greek yogurt
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 TBSP fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
SKEWERS
12 oz cherry tomatoes
1 red onion, large chunks
STEAK
1 lb steak
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
