These Mashed Potatoes make the perfect side-dish! They're creamy, buttery, rich, and simple to make.
It wouldn't be a proper comfort-meal without mashed potatoes. This recipe is the perfect combination of creamy, buttery, and garlic.

Red potatoes
Butter
Buttermilk
Sour cream
Garlic
Parsley
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: BOIL
In a large pot, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes).
STEP 2: MASH
Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes until you reach your desired consistency and gradually add the buttermilk.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until fully incorporated.
STEP 3: SERVE
Serve with Pot Roast or Stout Braised Short Ribs.

1/2 C butter
1/4 C Buttermilk
1/4 C sour cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP parsley, chopped
