Huli Huli Grilled Chicken

This post may contain affiliate links.

This Huli Huli Grilled Chicken is a delicious sweet and savory Hawaiian recipe that you definitely must try. It's infused with soy sauce based marinade, similar to teriyaki, but so much more flavorful.

Allowing this marinade to infuse into the chicken for about 12-24 hours will add some incredible flavors that caramelize during cooking. However, it will still be amazing with only a 30-minute marinade.

  • Brown sugar

  • Rice vinegar

  • Sesame oil

  • Set aside ½ cup for basting.

  • Add the chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for 12-24 hours or at least 30 minutes.

STEP 2: SEASON
