WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
Tilapia
Corn tortillas
Guacamole
Red cabbage
Green cabbage
Serrano pepper
Cilantro
Carrot
Lime
Greek yogurt
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
Cayenne
Salt
Black pepper
Raw and dark maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: CILANTRO LIME SLAW
Add the Cilantro Lime Slaw ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or at least 30 minutes.
STEP 2: FISH
Chop the fish into large chunks.
Season with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne, and salt.
Air fry the fish at 400°F for 6-8 minutes until the fish becomes opaque and flaky.
STEP 3: BUILD TACOS
Fill the corn tortilla with guacamole, tilapia, and slaw, and top with fresh lime juice. Serve with extra lime wedges.

1-2 lbs tilapia
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
CILANTRO LIME SLAW
1/4 head red cabbage, shredded
1/4 head green cabbage, shredded
1 serrano pepper, chopped (optional)
1/4 C cilantro, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 C Greek yogurt
1 lime, juiced
1 TBSP raw & dark maple syrup
1/4 TSP sea salt
1/4 TSP black pepper
TACOS
Corn tortilla
Guacamole
Tilapia
