WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
1-gallon Ziploc bag
Limes
Chicken
Garlic
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Cilantro
Chili Powder
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: MAKE MARINADE
In a bowl: combine fresh lime juice and zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix.
STEP 2: ADD CHICKEN TO MARINADE
STEP 3: GRILL CHICKEN
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and grill to an internal temperature of 170°F.
STEP 5: SERVE
Serve with the Charred Jalapeño Lime Dipping Sauce, lime wedges, and Pale Ale.

Zest of 2 limes
4 limes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
