We like our meals just as tasty as they are quick and simple. This Chili Garlic Salmon takes only about 5 minutes to cook, but not at the expense of loads of flavor! The salmon is marinated in savory garlic, spicy red pepper flakes, and sweet honey. The best part? Plenty of delicious sauce is reserved for serving.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
Salmon
Low-sodium soy sauce
Olive oil
Garlic
Red pepper flakes
Sesame oil
Honey
Sesame seeds
Chives
Mayo
Sriracha
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: SAUCE
Mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and honey in a bowl.
Set aside 1/2 C of the sauce for serving.
STEP 2: PREP SALMON
Slice the salmon into large chunks.
Add the salmon to a bowl.
STEP 3: MARINATE
Pour 1/2 cup of the sauce over the salmon and mix well to fully coat.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or at least 30 minutes.
STEP 4: AIR FRY
Transfer the salmon to the Air Fryer and cook at 400°F for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 5: SRIRACHA MAYO
Combine the mayo and Sriracha and set aside.
STEP 6: SERVE
Top with the remaining sauce, Sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, and sliced chives.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4-5 servings
1.5 lb salmon
1/2 C low sodium soy sauce
1/2 C olive oil
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 TBSP red pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
3 TBSP honey
1/2 TBSP sesame seeds
1 TBSP chives, sliced
1/2 C mayo
2-3 TBSP Sriracha
