This marinade and sauce is one of our favorites-- it works well on salmon, chicken, steak, veggies-- you can't go wrong.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
Sheet pan or baking sheet
Chicken thighs
Low-sodium soy sauce
Olive oil
Garlic
Red pepper flakes
Sesame oil
Honey
Sesame seeds
Optional - chives
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: SAUCE
Mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and honey in a bowl.
Set aside 1/2 C of the sauce for serving.
STEP 2: MARINATE
Add chicken to the bowl and mix well to fully coat.
Refrigerate, covered, for 12-24 hours or at least 30 minutes.
STEP 3: BAKE
Transfer the chicken to a sheet pan or baking sheet and cook at 400°F for 30 minutes.
The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
STEP 4: SERVE
Top with the remaining sauce and sliced chives.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4-5 servings
2 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 C low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 C olive oil
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 TBSP red pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
3 TBSP honey
1/2 TBSP sesame seeds
Optional - 1 TBSP chives, sliced for topping
