Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread

This Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread is one of the best garlic bread recipes you may ever try. Cheesy garlic bread layered with creamy alfredo sauce and juicy pan-seared chicken.

 


We have yet to find anyone who doesn't absolutely love this Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread. It's packed full of savory, creamy flavors and delicious, mouth-watering chicken. Plus it only takes 15 minutes in the oven to cook.





 

  • Deep pan or skillet

  • Saucepan

  • French bread

  • Chicken

  • Avocado oil

  • Fresh parsley

  • Fresh garlic

  • Garlic powder

  • Smoked paprika

  • Dried oregano

  • Black pepper

  • Mozzarella

  • Parmesan

  • Butter

  • Heavy Cream

  • Salt


 

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: ALFREDO SAUCE
  • Add the butter, parmesan cheese, cream, pepper, and salt to a small saucepan and mix over medium heat until the butter and cheese melt.

  • Remove from heat and set aside 1/2 C for serving.

STEP 2: CHICKEN
  • Season the chicken on all sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt.

  • Add to a preheated deep pan or skillet with cooking oil.

  • Cook on medium heat for a few minutes on each side until the chicken gets a crispy crust and fully cooks through (170°F internal temperature).

  • Remove cooked chicken from pan, tent with foil, and set aside for a 10-minute rest.

  • Slice chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips.

STEP 3: GARLIC BUTTER
  • In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic and half of the chopped parsley, and set aside.

STEP 4: FRENCH BREAD
  • Slice the loaf in half longways and remove some of the bread in the middle. This will make room for the filling in the next step.

  • The removed bread can be saved for another recipe like homemade croutons.

STEP 5: BUILD
  • Layer the bread with garlic butter, alfredo sauce, shredded cheese, and sliced chicken, and top with the remaining chopped parsley.

STEP 6: BAKE
  • Bake in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and starts to get golden brown.

  • Slice.


 


 

INGREDIENTS

Makes 4-5 servings

ALFREDO SAUCE

  • 1/2 C unsalted butter

  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 C heavy cream

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

CHICKEN

  • 1 lb chicken breasts

  • 1 TBSP avocado oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

BREAD

  • 1/2 loaf French bread

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 C butter, softened

  • 2 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped

  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
