Chicken Alfredo Crazy Puffs

These Chicken Alfredo Crazy Puffs are a delicious twist on Little Ceasars Crazy Puffs. They are cheesy-garlicy pizza bites with creamy alfredo sauce and juicy pan-seared chicken. Watch my Chicken Alfredo Crazy Puff video HERE.

 


These are the perfect snack or appetizer. They're loaded with savory, creamy flavors and delicious, mouth-watering chicken. Plus they only take 15 minutes to bake in the oven.



 

  • Deep pan or skillet

  • Saucepan

  • Cupcake/Muffin Baking pan

  • Pizza dough

  • Chicken

  • Avocado oil

  • Fresh parsley

  • Fresh garlic

  • Garlic powder

  • Smoked paprika

  • Dried oregano

  • Black pepper

  • Mozzarella

  • Parmesan

  • Butter

  • Heavy Cream

  • Salt


 

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: ALFREDO SAUCE
  • Add the butter, parmesan cheese, cream, pepper, and salt to a small saucepan and mix over medium heat until the butter and cheese melt.

  • Remove from heat and set aside 1/2 C for serving.

STEP 2: CHICKEN
  • Season the chicken on all sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt.

  • Add to a preheated deep pan or skillet with cooking oil.

  • Cook on medium heat for a few minutes on each side until the chicken gets a crispy crust and fully cooks through (170°F internal temperature).

  • Remove cooked chicken from pan, tent with foil, and set aside for a 10-minute rest.

  • Slice chicken into small chunks.

STEP 3: GARLIC BUTTER
  • In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and half of the chopped parsley.

  • Grease the baking pan with the butter and set the rest aside.

STEP 4: BUILD
  • Sprinkle a little cheese in the bottom of the baking pan cavities.

  • Add the dough balls, sprinkle more cheese around the sides, then form the dough into little cups.

  • Add some garlic butter to the bottom of the dough cups, then add 1-2 tsp of alfredo sauce into each.

  • Add more mozzarella cheese then top with the chopped chicken and fresh parsley.

STEP 6: BAKE
  • Bake in the oven at 375°F for 15-18 minutes until cheese melts and starts to get golden brown.



 


 

INGREDIENTS

Makes 12 pieces

ALFREDO SAUCE

  • 1/2 C unsalted butter

  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 C heavy cream

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

CHICKEN

  • 1 chicken breast, sliced into cutlets

  • 1 TBSP avocado oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

PIZZA DOUGH

  • 12, 40-gram pizza dough balls
